Blanket
«Wild dance» depicts a wolf and a panther dancing together, drawing its roots from the folkloric tradition of carnival, where men adorn themselves with masks representing wild creatures, grimacing with horns and teeth, ferocious and frightening, they embody the spirit of this animal during a dance.
We have always been inspired by swiss folkart and the Tschäggättä. The Tschäggättä carry with them an aura of mystery and eeriness. With their hand-carved wooden masks made of Swiss stone pine, often decorated with grim or grotesque faces, they embody the dark secrets of winter and the age-old tradition of driving away evil spirits.
We wanted to create a design that could be read in all directions and on both sides.
